At our salon, we have a few policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all of our customers. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. If cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment, a 50% charge of the scheduled services will be applied. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. If you arrive late to an appointment, the time of the service will be shortened to stay within the appointment time, and the full charge of the services will still apply. We ask that you come alone to your appointment, as we do not allow guests including children and pets.
